The Company's Articles of Association makeno stipulation for preferential rights. Each sharehas one right of vote. A minority vote is notrepresented in management nor is the method ofthe cumulative vote used.The Company's shares are bearer's shares andthere is no restrictive provision in the Articles ofAssociation regarding the transfer of shares. AllCompany shares are quoted on the ISE and theirtransfer is undertaken in accordance with theprovisions of the Turkish Commercial Code andCapital Markets Law.
