The Six Sigma Methodology of AKSA which is accepted as a project management approach, formed to design new products with the utmost excellent quality and process which are developed to solve current problems present in enterprises, is implemented within the scope of TKY activities in AKSA to remove any type of variability's and oscillations that may be encountered during business processing whereas the mentioned methodology has gained self evidence as well. The Six Sigma Methodology is now implemented within the scope of TKY in AKSA. Numerous projects are realized within the approaches of the Six Sigma since 2003.
