Recently, we began to produce special fibers that can be used in  sectors other than textile and this approach resulted in a wide spectrum of production. Our share in the market grew and companies outside of the textile sector have become our customers.

The satisfaction level of our customers , their feedback and complaints related with our goods are measured once a year by an independent and professional PR company. A Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire is employed during the PR and market/customer research studies while updated communication tools and customer visits are conducted additionally.
