Various technologies are employed in the production process of “Acrylic Fiber” which involves polymer production and fiber spinning processes. The most popular process in polymer processing is the suspension polymerization technique. This technique is known to produce high quality fibers with a better dyeability and color properties.
Two fundamental fiber spinning technologies are known , namely wet and dry spinning processes.
AKSA employs the polymer suspension method and the wet spinning method followed by batch annealing. This method is suitable for gel dying processing and is an environment-friendly technology. Furthermore, it allows a diversity in product types.
AKSA has been very successful to develop the technology they had purchased from a foreign company and produce a wide spectrum of environment-friendly products.
Today AKSA has a 40 years of experience in the fiber sector and continues to develop its technology by its technical staff who continuously attend domestic and foreign fairs , exhibitions, and conferences , follow the literature of fiber production and apply all these information in the pilot plant facilities in order to protect the environment , improve quality of products , to develop new and novel products and reduce production costs.
