OUR TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACH

IIn addition to studies that aim to protect and develop the quality of the environment, technology studies based on environmental needs are also utilized. Related divisions are involved in these types of decisions during the early stages of production. Additionally, an established "Proposal Development System" aims to obtain employee input during project development. This system not only contributes to the development of many projects but also helps to improve the quality of the environment.

A few environmentally friendly processes and technological supporting studies are listed below:

  • Recycling wastes arising from the following situations: power breakdowns, low capacity, start up and shut down, spinning unit conditions and the FR [Fiber Recovery Unit]
  • The use of acrylic fiber made filters in polymer transfer separators
  • The recycling of overloaded filters in the FR [Fiber Recovery Unit]
  • Preventing environmental pollution and using minimal consumption material
  • Aiming for efficient energy use [i.e. steam production and electricity] within the "Integrated Cycle" principle
  • Potential emissions filtration of finished material Process development studies that aim to further recycle used solvent
  • Improve upon the separation filtering system to avoid polymer dust emissions
